Do I need to reconfirm my flight before departure?
For domestic flights, reconfirmation is not mandatory but its always recommended to check the flight timings before leaving for the airport. In case of international flights, it is airline dependent, but highly recommended.
What is the cabin baggage allowance prescribed by the airlines?
Generally, All airlines permit one piece of hand luggage weighing upto 7 kg, with set dimensions 115 cm (length 50 cm + height 45 cm + width 20 cm) and one baggage of 15 Kgs can be booked also but in some Tickets Airline only allow one hand bag of 7 kg sonly in domestic flights that is check in bag only allowed Ticket. Indian Government regulations permit ONLY ONE piece of cabin baggage per adult passenger. A laptop will be permitted in lieu of hand luggage but one piece of hand luggage plus a laptop will not be permitted as cabin baggage. Further please note that in the flight(s) departing from Jammu and Kashmir you will not be allowed to carry hand luggage due to security constraints. How do I cancel a flight reservation?

You can cancel your bookings by Signin in your account by using your email id & password, go to my bookings & cancel your bookings or by calling us at +91-9811306645 between 08 Am to 08 PM (all 7 days in a week) In domestic Flights Checkin starts 2 hours before Departure time & strictly closes 45 Minutes before departure time. Any Cancellation or change request is to be send before Four hours in advance from departure time of the flight in case of Domestic flights & In case of International Flights, Request is to be send before 24 hours. In NO show cases, we will not entertain for any cancellation, change or refund and No amount will be refunded in case of NO Show cases. For any cancellations of the flights departing within 4 hours, we suggest you to kindly, contact the airlines directly and call us or send email at to claim your refund. In case of International flights Checkin counter opens 3 hours before departure time & closes one hour before departure time. If you have done a 'Web/Tele Check-in' with the airline, get in touch with the airline for cancellation. will not be able to process the refund for the same and will not take any responsibility for the same.

What are the cancellation charges?

For all Normal Domestic refundable class tickets, the airline cancellation fee is charged per sector per passenger. All Domestic Airlines normally are charging Rs. 2250/- as per sector per passenger basis & in some cases it may more also. In addition to these charges Service fees Rs 500 will also be charged extra. International Flights cancellation charges depends on Airline to airline & sector wise are different however Minimum Rs 2500 per sector per person will be charged & may be more also as service fees in addition to Airline charges.
In case of Special Discounted fares Service Fees Rs. 800/- will be charged per pax per sector basis as service fees. For all non refundable class tickets, the airline cancellation fee is the same amount as the base fare. This is not applicable on any promotional fares offered by airlines as cancellations charges for those will depend on the promotional offer. All charges for individual airlines are appended above per sector per passenger basis.

How long does it take to get the refund?

We usually process the refund within 1-2 working days of cancellation or claiming the refund. However, it may take slightly 7-15 working days to reflect in your account statement depending upon your bank. So you need not to worry at all. incase you don't get any refund within a stipulated time, write us with full details at, rest we will look after
How to Get Amendments?
You can change the date or time (or both) of your travel; you cannot change the origin and the destination. All amendments come at a fee that varies from airline to airline. In addition to this fee, charges an amendment handling fee of Rs 500 per passenger per sector. We'll collect these charges from you when we make the changes to your travel plans. We'll also collect the difference in fare, if any, applicable when the amendment is made.

Some times Transaction is failed due to many reasons, Like low Internet connectivity, website updation, taking longer time on Bank payment page or any other reason. in that case, You need not to panic at all & don't try again and again, wait for some time (15-30 minutes) check your email ID for ticket confirmation or call us at 9811306645 for Transaction confirmation. In case we have received payments, we may book offline tickets & may send to your email id else full amount will be refunded same day to your account.

In approximately 25-30 seconds (depending on your internet connection) your bank will issue, using the online payment gateway, an authorization code and confirmation of completion of transaction. If the payment on the credit/debit card is declined for some reason, alternate payment instructions must be received by 72 hours prior to the time of departure; else, the order is liable to be cancelled.
