When you access, browse or use this Site, you accept, without limitation or qualification, the Terms and Conditions set forth herein. When you access any of the sub-Site (whether belonging to an 'associate' of Company or otherwise) through this Site, then such sub-Site may have its own terms and conditions, which are specific to such sub-Site.
These Terms and Conditions of use and any additional terms posted on this Site together constitute the entire agreement between Company and you with respect to your use of this Site.


This Site is only for your personal use. You shall not distribute exchange, modify, sell or transmit anything you copy from this Site, including but not limited to any text, images, audio and video, for any business, commercial or public purpose. Any changes to these Terms and Conditions of Use or any terms posted on this Site apply as soon as they are posted. By continuing to use this Site after any changes are posted, you are indicating your acceptance of those changes. Company may add, change, discontinue, remove or suspend any other Content posted on this Site, including features and specifications of products described or depicted on the Site, temporarily or permanently, at any time, without notice and without liability. Company reserves the right to undertake all necessary steps to ensure that the security, safety and integrity of Company's systems as well as its clients and users interests are and remain, well-protected. Towards this end, Company may take various steps to verify and confirm the authenticity, enforceability and validity of orders placed by you. If Company, in its sole and exclusive discretion, concludes that the said orders are not or do not reasonably appear to be, authentic, enforceable or valid, then Company may cancel the said orders at any time up to 06 hours before the scheduled time of departure of the relevant flight or 24 hours before the expected date of visit to any property booked through Company. You may travel to certain destinations which involve greater risks than others, entirely at your risk as to cost and consequences. Company requests you to consult your local authorities and evaluate travel prohibitions, warning, announcements, and advisories issued by them before booking travel to certain international destinations. By offering for sale travel to particular destinations, Company does not represent or warrant that travel to such point is advisable or without risk. Company does not accept liability for damages, losses, or delays that may result from improper documents for entry, exit, length of stay, or from travel to such destinations. Company reserves its exclusive right in its sole discretion to alter, limit or discontinue the Site or any material posted herein, in any respect. Company shall have no obligation to take the needs of any User into consideration in connection therewith. Company reserves its right to deny in its sole discretion any user access to this Site or any portion hereof without notice. No waiver by Company of any provision of these Terms and Conditions shall be binding except as set forth in writing and signed by its duly authorized representative.


For Domestic Flights :- Discounted Return Fares : Partial cancellation (Cancellation of One Segment) or segment change is not permitted for Discounted Return Fares. Cancellation of tickets with more than 24 hours to the flight: Cancellation of tickets can be done either by logging on the Company account (online) or by calling on the customer care number 9811-30-6645(offline). To cancel the tickets online, Users shall have to complete the following procedure :
Log onto
Click on the signin link at the top.
Click on Request Cancellation against the tickets you have booked.
The User can cancel either his/her entire booking or partial booking. Note: To cancel the tickets offline, call the customer care number 9811-30-6645 between 8:00 am to 8:00 pm from Monday through Sunday. Cancellation of tickets within 24 hours of the flights:
The User will have to contact the nearest airline office (of the concerned airline) to get his/her reservation cancelled. Company is in no way responsible to ensure that the ticket shall be cancelled and the sole liability to confirm the same with the airline shall lie with the User. Cancellation charges: For all refundable class tickets, the airline cancellation fee is charged per sector per passenger. All charges for individual airlines are given below on per sector per passenger basis. Please note that cancellation charges are subject to change by the Airline at its sole discretion and without notice to Company. The cancellation charges may be verified at the time of cancellation with the airline by the User. Company shall in no way be held responsible or liable in case of any change in the below table. The below cancellation charges are valid only for domestic flights.
In addition to the above cancellation charges, Company will also charge a standard cancellation charge of INR 500 per person per sector for both online and offline cancellation. The aforesaid amount of Rs.500 per person may be changed by Company at its sole discretion and without notice to the User. This fees may be changed by the company at any time at its sole discretion and without notice to the User. The User shall be responsible to check regularly on the Site to see if there has been any change in the same. In case of Special Discounted fares Service Fees Rs. 800/- will be charged per pax per sector basis. For all non refundable class tickets, the airline cancellation fee is the same amount as the base fare. This is not applicable on any promotional fares offered by airlines as cancellations charges for those will depend on the promotional offer. All charges for individual airlines are appended above per sector per passenger basis. For all non refundable class tickets, the airline cancellation fee will be equal to base fare or Rs.2250, whichever is higher. This is not applicable on any promotional fares offered by airlines as cancellations charges for those will depend on the promotional offer. Each airline has promotional fares also where this cancellation policy does not apply.
For International Flights :-
Every booking made on Company is subject to cancellation charges levied by the airline, which may vary by flight and booking class, in addition to Rs 500, Company cancellation charges. The cancellation fee is charge per passenger. Some booked fares may be non-refundable per the specific airline's policy. Cancellation requests can be made online on our Site or via email ( or call us at our customer care number 9811-30-6645. Pilania Travels shall not be liable to entertain any cancellation requests made through any other medium. If your cancellation request is made less than 48 hours prior to departure, you'll need to contact our customer support team at 9811-30-6645 between 8:00 am to 8:00 pm from Monday through Sunday. If you have already done a 'Web/Tele Check-in' with the airline, you are requested to get in touch with the concerned airline for cancellation. Company will not be able to process your cancellation and will not take any responsibility for the same.

For Hotel Booking:-

Every hotel has a different cancellation policy and the user will be charged accordingly. Please call our customer care number for cancellation. Rs 500 will be charged as Cheapflybuzz service fees apart from the cancellation charges. Only those cancellation requests which are made either online or on the phone to our customer support team shall be entertained. Pilania Travels shall not be liable to entertain any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel without intimating Pilania Travels and also through any other medium. If you don't show up at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.


For Domestic Flights :- Refund: The refund shall be processed within 1-2 days from the date of the cancellation request being made. The refund will be credited back to the same account from where the payment was made. however it may take to reflect 10-15 days into your bank a/c depending on bank. For example, if the User used a credit card, Company will make an appropriate charge reversal. If the User used a debit card, Company will credit the money back to the debit card. If the User has cancelled his/her booking directly with the airlines, he/she will need to inform Company with valid documentation to initiate the refund process. It is advisable to contact Company within 48 hours of the cancellation request. Any later would require the User to send a scanned copy of your E-Ticket endorsed by the airlines to Company.
Company will be able to transact customer's refund only after receipt and/or confirmation of refund from the airline. Refund shall be validated only after the airline / OTA accepts the cancellation confirmation / endorsement copy sent by the customer. Note: We charge a minimum service fee on every booking which is non-refundable & incase of cancellation, this service fee will not be refunded. Amendments: All amendments come at a fee that varies from airline to airline. In addition to this fee, Company charges an amendment handling fee of Rs 500 per passenger per sector for both online and offline amendment. Company will collect these charges from the User when it makes the change in the travel plans. Company will also collect the difference in fare, if any, applicable when the amendment is made. User is requested to call up the customer care number for reschedule of the flight and Rs 500 will be charged by Company over and above the airline charges. Note: Amendment and Cancellation can be done only 24 hours prior to the flight with us.
For International Flights :-
Refunds: It is mandatory to contact Company for all refunds, as the airline will not be able to refund your tickets booked at . The refund shall be processed within 30 days from the date of the cancellation request being made. The refund will be credited back to the same account from where the payment was made.
Note: We charge a minimum service fee on every booking which is non-refundable & incase of cancellation, this service fee will not be refunded. Amendments: Company may assist you with amendments to most bookings. In some cases, though, you may need to contact the airline directly. Every booking made on Company is subject to amendment charges levied by the airline, which may vary by flight and booking class. If you amend your booking, you will be charged the difference in fares, if any, applicable when the amendment is made. However if the new fare is lower than the original fare, difference in the amount will not be refunded. The rebooking charges as applicable will be collected. In addition to the airline's amendment charges, Company charges an amendment handling fee of Rs 500 per passenger. These charges will be collected from you when we make the changes to your travel plans. We'll also collect the difference in fare, if any, applicable when the amendment is made. Depending on the airline's policy, some booked fares may not be amended.
Note:All amendments should be done at least 24 hours prior to departure date. Certain airlines do not allow any changes or cancellation within 24 hours and treat the booking as a No Show.
Yor Flight Booking :- The total price displayed includes all applicable government taxes. However, excludes applicable airport taxes or other charges payable at the airport. There will be no refund for 'no-shows' or any partially unused flights. We charge a minimum service fee on every booking which is non-refundable & incase of cancellation, this service fee will not be refunded. To avail of infant fares, an infant must be under 24 months throughout the entire itinerary you are booking. This includes both onward and return journeys. If the infant is 24 months or above on the return journey, you'll need to make a separate booking using a child fare. Infants must be accompanied by an adult at least 18 years of age. All Tickets/Bookings issued to the customer shall additionally be governed under the terms and conditions as laid out by the respective Airlines / supplier. User should refer airline T&C before booking/Travel to avoid any confusion and/or Dispute afterwards. Kindly ensure that you have the relevant visa, transit visa (if applicable), immigration clearance and travel with a passport, with a validity of at least 6 months as on date of travel. Company is not responsible for any schedule change and/ or cancellation, clubbing of flights by any airline after issuance of ticket, but will inform you of the same if informed by the airlines. It is advisable to reconfirm your flight timings 24 hours prior to your flight departure. Company reserves the right to charge transaction fees for availing the booking, cancellation, alterations, etc services provided on Company further reserves the right to revise any and all fees from time to time, without notice. You shall be liable to pay all applicable charges, fees, duties, levies and taxes for availing the aforementioned services. In case the seats are not available or confirmed on the requested flights, we will process back the amount in User's bank account within 02 working days however it make take 10-15 days to reflect the same in User's account. In case of random fare increase, Company will collect the difference in fare and process the ticket or else credit back the amount back in User's bank account within 02 working days(it make take 10-15 days to reflect in User's account). Check-in: As per the airline rules, the standard check-in time begins 2 hours before departure for domestic flights. Check-in counter strictly closes 45 minutes before departure For International flights, the check-in time is 3 hours before departure. The passenger needs to check-in at least 2 hours prior departure for Air India and Air India Express domestic flights else will be considered as a no show. Infants must have valid proof-of-age documents showing that the infant is less than two years old. Note: Please carry a hard copy of the flight ticket and valid government approved ID proof like Drivers License, Voters Card, and Passport for "Check-in". For Hotel Booking :- The primary guest must be at least 18 years old to be able to check into the hotel. Check-in time is 12 pm and check-out time is 12 pm. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and the hotel might charge you extra for it. Please note that the check-in time is subject to change as per hotel policy. Your stay does not include additional personal expenses like telephone charges, meals that aren't part of your meal plan, any hotel services you use (like laundry and room service) or tips. The hotel will charge you directly for these when you're checking out. It is mandatory for guests to present valid photo identification at the time of check-in. According to government regulations, a valid Photo ID has to be carried by every person above the age of 18 staying at the hotel. The identification proofs accepted are Drivers License, Voters Card, and Passport. Without valid ID the guest will not be allowed to check in. Note- PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card. The hotel reserves the right of admission. Accommodation can be denied to guests posing as a 'couple' if suitable proof of identification is not presented at check-in. Company will not be responsible for any check-in denied by the hotel due to the aforesaid reason. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.


For Flight Booking :-
The material in this Site could include technical inaccuracies or typographical errors. Company may make changes/modifications or improvements on the Site at any time. The materials on this Site are provided on an "As Is" basis, without warranties of any kind either expressed or implied. To the fullest extent permissible pursuant to applicable law, Company disclaims all warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Company does not warrant that the functions contained in this Site will be uninterrupted or error free, that defects will be corrected, or that this Site or the servers that make it available are free of viruses or other harmful components, but shall endeavour to ensure your fullest satisfaction. Company does not warrant or make any representations regarding the use of or the result of the use of the material on the Site in terms of their correctness, accuracy, reliability, or otherwise, insofar as such material is derived from other service providers such as airlines, hotel owners and tour operators. Company does not accept any responsibility and will not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever arising out of or in connection with any ability/inability to access or to use the Site. You also acknowledge that through this Site, Company merely provides intermediary services in order to facilitate booking of tickets and hotel services to you. Company will not be liable to you or to any other person for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive or consequential loss, damage, cost or expense of any kind whatsoever and howsoever caused from out of your usage of this Site. If for any reason, law does not permit exclusions of liability then, the liability of the Company shall be limited to such amount paid by the user and retained by the Company for the transaction in question.

If any dispute arises between you and Company during your use of the Site or thereafter, in connection with and arising from your use or attempt to use this Site, the dispute shall be referred to arbitration. Both parties shall agree to a sole arbitrator. The place of arbitration shall be Delhi. The arbitration proceedings shall be in the English language. The said arbitration proceedings shall be governed and construed in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 and modifications thereof as in force at the relevant time. These terms and conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India and any dispute shall exclusively be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate Courts situated at Delhi, India. Pilania Travels ( reserves the right to add, alter, modify, withdraw all or any of the Terms and Conditions or replace, wholly or in part, the program by any other program, whether similar to this program or not or withdraw it altogether without any prior notice.
In case of dispute with any party, Pilania Travels's ( decision will be binding and final. When you register with, we or any of our partners/affiliate/group companies may contact you from time to time to provide the offers/information of such products/services that we believe may benefit you.
